Today we would like to introduce our chef Alex Arquero who, after 5 years as excecutive chef in Ibiza, 4 of them has won best restaurant prime. This year he joins Folies Beach Club Calvià.
Alex has visited all types of Asian cuisine, thanks to it, this year we can offer you the best fussion between all kind of world cuisines. Mediterranean, Mexican, Peru and specially Asian South east are present in our menu.
Furthermore we propose a different concept to enjoy meal service: based on sharing, although you always have the chance of tasting a dish individually.
